VZX Rewards is a digital task-based rewards platform. Users earn VZX points by completing promotional offers and verified third-party tasks via the cpidroid.global offerwall. This service does not constitute employment, salary, or any form of guaranteed income. VZX points have no monetary value until a withdrawal system is enabled.

• Users must be at least 13 years old
• Only one account per person is permitted
• Providing false or misleading information is prohibited
• Accounts found in violation may be suspended without notice

• VZX points are earned by completing offers via the cpidroid.global offerwall
• Points are credited automatically via server-to-server (S2S) callback after offer verification
• Pending points may be held for up to 24 hours before becoming available
• Points have no cash value until the withdrawal system is activated
• VZX Rewards reserves the right to adjust point values at any time

• Withdrawal methods will be announced when the feature launches
• All VZX balances are safely tracked in our database
• We reserve the right to set minimum withdrawal thresholds
• All earned VZX are non-refundable

• Referral bonus is only credited after the referred user completes their first offer
• Self-referrals and fake referral accounts are strictly prohibited
• Abuse of the referral system will result in permanent account ban
• Referral rewards may be adjusted or removed at our discretion

• Coupon codes can only be redeemed once per user account
• Codes are subject to expiry dates and maximum usage limits as set by the platform
• VZX Rewards reserves the right to revoke or disable any coupon code at any time
• VZX credited via coupons is subject to the same withdrawal terms as earned VZX

Users must not:

• Use VPNs, proxies, bots, emulators, or automation tools
• Create or operate multiple accounts
• Manipulate, fake, or exploit offers or S2S callbacks
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the platform
• Abuse third-party offer partners

• Offer Completion: Each offer has its own requirements defined by the advertiser. You must complete the offer genuinely and fully to receive VZX credit.
• Approval Decisions: VZX Rewards has no control over whether an offer is approved or rejected. These decisions are made solely by cpidroid and the advertiser.
• Chargeback Policy: If an offer is reversed or charged back by the advertiser, the corresponding VZX may be deducted from your balance.
• Fraud Detection: cpidroid uses its own fraud detection systems. Fraudulent offer completions may result in rejection and account suspension on both platforms.
• Age-Restricted Offers: Gambling, 18+, and PIN submit offers may be shown depending on your region and offerwall settings. You must comply with local laws regarding such offers.
• Data Shared with cpidroid: Your unique Player ID is passed to cpidroid to assign offer credit. No personally identifiable information beyond this is shared for offer tracking.

VZX Rewards reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts involved in suspicious, abusive, or fraudulent activity — including IP-level bans affecting multiple accounts. Such decisions are final and may result in forfeiture of accumulated VZX points.

VZX Rewards is not liable for third-party service failures, reward losses due to policy violations, delays caused by verification processes, or any indirect damages resulting from use of the platform.

These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
